TROVE ON THE GO: Gameday Central
As we gear up for another year filled with all of our favorite sports, we thought this large entertaining space seemed like a fitting feature. This full basement remodel has us wishing we were invited to all of the Super Bowl parties and Buckeye Games that are going to be enjoyed down here! When this Findlay family approached us to complete their new basement with Trove finds, we couldn't wait to get started! We matched them with a Trove On The Go designer who helped them create a functional, inviting space for the whole family to enjoy.
As you walk down the stairs and step into this space, your eyes are immediately drawn to the gorgeous Derby sectional. This light, bright beauty features cozy lounge spots on each corner and it's wrapped in a white kid-proof fabric. To add some warmth, they paired it with the Mila coffee table topped with rich bluestone. Every living space needs extra storage, so behind the sectional you will find the Tan trunk offering easy access to extra pillows and blankets.
An entertaining space is not complete without a bar and this one did not disappoint! This wrap-around counter is crafted from hand-selected Black Limba wood and pairs beautifully with seven Irondale bar stools. Take a seat at the counter and while you enjoy a drink or two, you may notice all of the beautiful accents on the floating shelves like books, glassware, and one of our favorite iron bowls.
Adding a rustic feel to this little corner, the Jacy cabinet offers extra storage for barware and seasonal decorations. We had to stop and admire the hardware making this piece even more unique and special for the space. They styled the cabinet with multipurpose boxes and fresh greenery.
A Trove favorite, the Hollins swivel chairs are covered in a fun print to complete this movie room! They grounded the room with a stylish, neutral rug that's perfect for lounging. We loved this extra space for the kids to watch their own movie or play video games with friends.
A serene guest bedroom always comes in handy, whether you're inviting guests over for gameday or need an extra room for family to stay. This cozy space would be the perfect spot to curl up at the end of the night. The Mabel King bed is shown in an ivory fabric with delicate tufting accenting the headboard. On either side of the bed, you will find the Travis nightstands offering storage in the top drawer with a black leather pull. No space is complete without a splash of green and the Ariana console table was just the place for that! Accompanied with baskets on the bottom shelf for extra blankets and bedding.
This Findlay family needed an entertaining space that was comfortable, calming, and inviting.
