This is a full time position that will be based out of our store in Columbus, Ohio.

We're looking for:
+ We are looking to add a sales manager to our team! The ideal candidate would be positive & energetic individual who can keep a sales team motivated. Must be a team-player as all managers work closely together alongside the owners.

General Responsibilities:
+ Manages and builds a diverse team of sales professionals.
+ Partners with General Manager, Visual Manager & Warehouse Manager regarding all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
+ Is a positive role model for the sales team and all employees.
+ Performs ongoing development and training of sales associates.
+ Schedules and leads monthly team meetings.
+ Sets clear expectations and maintains accountability. Performs disciplinary action as necessary.
+ Ensures that all Trove policies, procedures, standards are executed by the sales team.
+ Effectively handles employee conflict when necessary.

Requirements:
+ Possesses the ability and desire to train, coach, develop and motivate other to achieve goals.
+ Demonstrates strong leadership ability and is highly driven to succeed.
+ Excellent organization, time management, technological and communication skills.
+ Experience in retail and sales preferred.
+ Weekend and holiday hours required.

This position will be based out of our distribution center in Columbus, Ohio.

We're looking for:
+ A reliable and organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
+ Someone who is eager to assist customers and comfortable regularly lifting and moving large furniture pieces.
+ A team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.

General Responsibilities:
+ Receive and unload incoming shipments of furniture and decor items.
+ Move merchandise between Trove Warehouse and our retail locations.
+ Assist with weekly floor resets and showroom organization.
+ Help customers with in-store pick-ups, providing excellent service throughout the process.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
+ Support fellow team members in various warehouse and merchandising tasks as needed.

Additional Details:
+ Full and part time positions available.
+ Weekday and weekend availability required.
+ Ability to safely lift and move furniture on a regular basis.
