This is a full time position that will be based out of our offices in Columbus, Ohio.

We're looking for:
+ An energetic and friendly individual who will provide exceptional customer service to customers.
+ Someone who enjoys data entry and has a passion for enhancing efficiency within working systems.

General Responsibilities:
+ Process stock and special order sales orders through our Point Of Sale system.
+ Accurately place special orders with our vendors.
+Track and consistently update customers on the status of their special orders via email.
+ Create stock purchase orders in our inventory management system. This will require accurately pricing and digitally organizing product.
+ Work closely with vendors, reps and freight companies to provide timely information to customers.
+ Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.

*Must be proficient in Excel and email.
