This is a full time position that will be based out of our store in Columbus, Ohio.

We're looking for:
+ We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life through content, design, and community engagement. As part of our marketing team, you'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up both online and in person.

General Responsibilities:
+ Run and create content for various social media platforms. Dig into the analytics behind each app and strategize paid advertising. Assists customers with any product questions.
+ Capture and edit photography and video from various events, in home design projects and product launches.
+ Accurately capture our ever changing showroom through photography and videography for social media.
+ Photograph furniture and accessories for e-commerce, digital campaigns, and print use.
+ Assist creating internal and external graphics for digital and print marketing.
+ Help run and create content for our website. Photography of products, description of products, updating our events page, etc.

Requirements:
+ Proficient with Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop and InDesign)
+ Knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools and analytics
+ Customer service
+ Efficiency and time management
+ Detail oriented

This position will be based out of our distribution center in Columbus, Ohio.

We're looking for:
+ A reliable and organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
+ Someone who is eager to assist customers and comfortable regularly lifting and moving large furniture pieces.
+ A team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.

General Responsibilities:
+ Receive and unload incoming shipments of furniture and decor items.
+ Move merchandise between Trove Warehouse and our retail locations.
+ Assist with weekly floor resets and showroom organization.
+ Help customers with in-store pick-ups, providing excellent service throughout the process.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
+ Support fellow team members in various warehouse and merchandising tasks as needed.

Additional Details:
+ Full and part time positions available.
+ Weekday and weekend availability required.
+ Ability to safely lift and move furniture on a regular basis.
