TROVE WAREHOUSE POLICIES
Due to our unique business model, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. We do not offer delivery, but provide a list of recommended independent delivery services for your convenience. Contact information for these services will be listed at the bottom of your printed receipt.

Pricing on a piece that we have previously had in-store or online is not guaranteed. Pricing is always subject to change when special ordering a piece.
TROVE EDITIONS POLICIES
The content of this site is the property of Trove Editions. Any commercial use of this content is prohibited unless authorized by Trove Editions.
Orders will be processed to ship within 7 business days. All in-stock products will ship within 1 week of order date. You will receive an emailed receipt with tracking information after placing your order.
All cancellations or changes to an order must be made within 24 hours of placement. If your order is already in process or has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy. For questions on cancellations please email email@example.com.
Option 1: Standard Shipping
Shipping costs will be determined by weight at checkout for your editions to be shipped directly to your door. A shipping calculator can be found at the bottom of your shopping cart and will auto-populate with a shipping rate for your edition(s) based upon your state and zip code. Orders will be shipped within 1 week of purchase and will typically arrive to your home within 3 to 5 weeks after this date. All shipping times are an estimation and are not guaranteed. All orders can be tracked along the way using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation.
Option 2: Schedule a Local Pick-Up
For local customers, items can be picked up at the Trove Editions warehouse located at 1156 Chambers Rd. Columbus, OH 43212. If you wish to schedule a pick-up please select this option at checkout and a customer service team member will be in touch to schedule a convenient time. Editions cannot be picked up at Trove Warehouse or returned to Trove Warehouse.
Please note all items will remain in their original packaging for pick up and cannot be unboxed prior to departure from the warehouse. Customer service will notify you of your edition's carton dimensions to ensure they will fit in your vehicle. If local pick-up is requested and the item has not been picked up within 7 days, it will be shipped via our standard shipping procedures and shipping charges will be applied.

Please note that the Trove Editions warehouse is not a regularly staffed location so appointments must be made pick-up. Each appointment is subject to a 15 min grace period. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time please notify customer service at 614-429-8526 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to re-schedule.
We make every effort to ensure each of your purchases arrives to you exactly as ordered with no defects or damages. Please carefully inspect your purchase(s) immediately upon arrival. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of the item.
If we don’t receive notification of the damaged items within this 3 day time frame we will not be able to authorize any returns or exchanges. Any damage to the outside of the box or to the product itself should be recorded on the Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the delivery document. If the shipment arrives with damage, please notate the item as “damaged” on the delivery slip.
Damaged or defective item process
- If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of the item.
- Take photos of the damaged or defective area of the item(s) including a photo of the entire piece, box and original packaging and send to email@example.com
- Indicate “damaged item” in the subject line of your message
- Include the order number and product name

One of A Kind Items
Please note that some of the items on our site are one-of-a-kind items. Each of these items will vary slightly in color or finish due to their unique construction. All one-of-a-kind items will be listed as such in the item description. Please contact customer service at email@example.com with any questions regarding these items.
Online color variations
Please note that the color of our pieces may vary from computer to computer and may look slightly different in person. All of the product photos on our site are taken by a professional photographer in a natural light setting similar to that of your home. We make every effort to accurately portray the finish color, texture and detail of each item, however the photos on our site can display slightly differently on each individual monitor based on settings.
