New pillows, styling a bookshelf or replacing a sofa, this service is here to help you complete your space with confidence working directly with one of our educated Trove associates. There are no additional fee's involved in our Trove Essentials service.
Signature - Designed for projects with scale. From a full room refresh to building a house from the ground up, this experience will be tailored to match your vision and help complete your project with ease. You will work directly with a hand selected qualified independent interior designer. Signature service comes with a free 1-hr consultation. Any additional time needed for your project will be billed directly by the interior designer at $120/hr.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS
- In-Stock Items: all in stock items can be picked up locally at our main store or Distribution Center. A team member will contact you after placing your online order to communicate these details.
- Special Order or Out of Stock: These items will ship from an offsite warehouse to our Distribution Center. Our customer care team will communicate lead times after purchase.
NATIONWIDE CUSTOMERS
- Furniture: All furniture orders will be shipped from a warehouse and delivered to a final mile agent who will deliver your order. If this is a product that is currently in stock at our store, we will still ship from an offsite warehouse to ensure the item is transported in original packaging reducing risk for damage. -Rugs & Accents: All rug & accents orders will be shipped from a warehouse and when available will ship via FedEx & UPS. If this is a larger item the product will ship from a warehouse and delivered to a final mile agent who will deliver your order.
