Our team of talented independent interior designers can help inspire you and turn your home into the space you've always imagined. Each of the designers in our program have been carefully selected to represent the eclectic Trove style you love about our store!
With this package you will get a $250 Trove Warehouse gift card that acts like a deposit for the program. A one-hour consultation is included so you can meet with your designer to learn more about your space and design goals. Additional appointments can be scheduled at a rate of $95/hour paid directly to your designer.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS
- In-Stock Items: all in stock items can be picked up locally at our main store or Distribution Center. A team member will contact you after placing your online order to communicate these details.
- Special Order or Out of Stock: These items will ship from an offsite warehouse to our Distribution Center. Our customer care team will communicate lead times after purchase.
NATIONWIDE CUSTOMERS
- Furniture: All furniture orders will be shipped from a warehouse and delivered to a final mile agent who will deliver your order. If this is a product that is currently in stock at our store, we will still ship from an offsite warehouse to ensure the item is transported in original packaging reducing risk for damage. We will provide estimated availability information at time of order if we suspect any delay. Please see our shipping page for more information.
-Rugs & Accents: All rug & accents orders will be shipped from a warehouse and when available will ship via FedEx & UPS. If this is a larger item the product will ship from a warehouse and delivered to a final mile agent who will deliver your order. -Accessories: All accessory orders will be packaged at our Distribution Center located in Columbus, OH and shipped via FedEx or UPS.
